大会闭幕式完美落幕
尊敬的参会者：
您好！
现就会议相关事项作如下重要通知：
1.为维持会场秩序，更好服务参会者，即日起，所有线下参会者必须凭实名参会证及身份证进入会场。如目前您所持的参会证上没有您的实名信息或姓名与身份证不相符，请于7月14日13：00-14:00间前往注册台出示身份证（或校园卡）换取姓名贴纸。若参会者因无法出具实名制参会证而无法进入会场，后果自负。
2. 为了保护作者和演讲者的知识产权，特此通知各位参会者在禁止在会议中录像、录音和拍照。为避免引发争议，请您自觉遵守会场秩序。如出现违反本通知的行为，工作人员有权予以制止。
3. 由于校门需要刷身份证进入，请参会时随身携带好您的身份证。请查验您的入校申请是否您的整个参会时段，如果不是，请在截止日期前提前申请入校。

Considering the fact that there is no clear personal information about participants on the corresponding attendance/working certificates, from now on, we will check your identity card or campus card at the registration desk for a better maintenance of order and a better guarantee of security during the Congress activities. After checking your identity at the registration desk, we will provide you with name stickers, which will allow you to enter your conference rooms. For participants who fail to provide their identity certification, we will not allow them to enter the conference rooms and they should bear their own consequences.
In order to create a perfect academic environment for all the presenters and participants, we are here to inform the attendees to stop recording or taking photos of presentations as we have the responsibility to protect the intellectual property of authors, especially with no authoritative permission from authors. Therefore, to avoid any disputes, you are supposed to listen carefully and enjoy the academic works.

The discussion will start with contributions from two mathematicians and two mathematics educators, living and working in very different environments, with a wide range of different and complementary experiences. It will be followed by a wider discussion in which the panelists interact with each other and with the audience participants.

第十四届国际数学教育大会（ICME-14）欢迎辞
作为第十四届国际数学教育大会（ICME-14）的主席，我诚挚地邀请各位参加将于2021年7月11 - 18日在上海举办的这一届国际数学教育大会。
中国是一个拥有五千年文明历史的国度，其数学和数学教育的历史源远流长。一个半世纪以来，西方数学和数学教育的引入及其与中国传统文化和教育的融合，促进了中国现代数学教育的形成与发展。上海是东方的一座国际大都市，是中国的经济中心、金融中心、航运中心和贸易中心，同时也是中国改革开放的窗口。此外，上海是中国现代数学与数学教育的摇篮，是中国数学会的发源地。华东师范大学（ECNU）是中国著名高校之一，在中国教师教育发展过程中扮演着举足轻重的作用，数学教育团队在国内外具有较大的影响力。鉴于此，我相信ICME-14将是一次规模空前、具有重要历史意义的学术盛会，为世界各地的数学教育同仁们带来一份巨大的惊喜，必将在数学教育史上留下浓墨重彩的一页。
